Debbie Dodd has been designing and making wedding gowns for over 26 years under the label tulle Couture. Her expertise is in quality one of a kind couture wedding gowns and bridal party attire (mother-of-the-bride, flower girls, bridesmaids, and bridal veils).  In addition to design, Debbie is a Certified Planner.

Khara Dodd is a Graphic Designer that has helped many brides with all of their wedding needs. She has designed invitations, save-the-dates, programs, personalized place cards, thank you cards and more. Each invitation is made unique to set it apart from anything else.

Aaron Rowe is a licensed esthetician and specializes in wedding day make up and skin care. She is a certified MAC makeup artist.  Aaron has worked with many brides and maids on color analysis and makeup application.

Together, we make up Tulle Bridal.  We have worked as a team on numerous events and the process flows seamlessly.  Whether it be in the Central Valley or an exotic destination, we ensure that all details are taken care of and to your satisfaction.  We want your special day to be the day that you have always dreamed of.
